Matthew 15:19

Scripture: Matthew 15:19 – For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. Transcript: And now, Admonition. Where does sin come from in the life of an individual? Is it outside forces? Is it? Is it nurture? Is it nature? Where does sin come from? Jesus tells us in Matthew chapter 15, for out of the heart, proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornication, thefts, false witnesses, blasphemies. Jesus says, if your problem is sin, your problems in your heart, we need to be careful to not excuse sin. We might look at a sin and we might say, you know what? That’s a little thing. That’s, that’s not a big sin. Some someone has a problem controlling their mouth that that’s a little thing. The problem is the Bible says the sin that’s outward is an indication of a problem in the heart that’s much deeper, much more significant. We need to guard our heart for out of that comes the issues of life.
